Santos Guns Down IronPigs Friday, June 11th , 2032 The Lehigh Valley IronPigs met their match today in Syracuse hurler Junior Santos. He kept them guessing the whole game and spun a 4-hit shutout. "He just worked us over," Lehigh Valley skipper Aaron Sutton said. "He probably didn't even need a shower after the game -- he barely worked up a sweat." In the 1-0 victory, Santos whiffed 6 and gave up no walks. This season, Santos has a 4-0 record with a 2.28 ERA. View Boxscore |
