Rochester Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Sunday, September 4th , 2033 The Rochester Red Wings were stuck in the middle this season -- not competitive enough in the playoff chase to be considered relevant, but not far enough behind to be completely written off. Until now, that is -- today, the Red Wings were mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. Rochester last appeared in the postseason in 2028. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 11 times in their 12-year history. |
