Anderson Hitless, Streak Ends at 25
Monday, May 7th , 2029
The 25-game hitting streak is over.
Atlanta Braves shortstop Tim Anderson failed to get a hit against the Miami Marlins and had his consecutive-game hitting streak broken. The 35-year-old went 0-for-4 in his club's 6-1 victory over the Marlins at loanDepot Park.
"I think I only made it to 25 games because I got lucky once or twice," he said. "So I guess I can't complain too much that I got unlucky and broke the streak."
This year, Anderson has hit at a .435 pace and produced 17 RBIs, 2 home runs and scored 15 runs.
