Kansas City Star Captures AL Bat Crown Monday, October 4th , 2032 Bobby Witt Jr. of the Kansas City Royals put the wraps on a fine season by winning the American League batting crown. The Royals third baseman outperformed all others with his .305 average. For the season, Witt Jr. played in 129 games, collected 148 hits, 29 home runs, scored 79 times and knocked in 90 runs. |
