Season Possibly Over for Jose Mendes Friday, August 18th , 2028 When Fredericksburg reliever Jose Mendes was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Nationals-Keys game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Mendes had sustained a torn rotator cuff and will be out for about 9 months.
