Cleveland left fielder Fabio Peralta was instrumental in helping the Guardians triumph, 4-2, over the Minnesota Twins. Peralta was 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Cleveland now sports a record of 70-78.
The game turned with one out in the bottom of the fifth. That's when Peralta hit a 2-run single off Josh Wilson. It propelled the Guardians into the lead, 3-1.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Peralta. "And not try to do too much."
