Truitt Finds Groove in 6-2 Texas Triumph
Skylar Truitt, who is tied for 2nd in the AL in complete games with 1, had a strong outing for the Texas Rangers against the Toronto Blue Jays at Rogers Centre. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 6-2 win. The first-place Rangers, at 91-46, now lead their division by 16½ games.

Truitt, who is tied for 2nd in the AL in wins with 16, pitched a complete game for Texas. Truitt surrendered 5 hits over 9 innings and struck out 7. With the win, he moves to 16-7 on the season.

"Skylar is good at sticking to his strengths," said Texas manager Marques Williams.
