JetHawks Advance to Round 2
A 4-3 triumph at Lake Elsinore Diamond has wrapped up the Round 1 for the Lancaster JetHawks.

"We're off to the Round 2," said JetHawks first baseman Israel Torre, who was named series MVP after his club eliminated the Lake Elsinore Storm by a series score of 4-2. "You can never take a win in a series like this for granted," he said.

The Lancaster JetHawks will play against the San Jose Giants in the next round. San Jose won their series against the Stockton Ports 4 games to 0. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes.
