Drummer Crafts 5-0 Shutout Versus Atlanta
The Atlanta Braves were almost helpless in their 5-0 loss to the Chicago Cubs and hurler Chase Drummer. Drummer kept the Braves confused all game, spinning a 6-hit shutout.

"Tip your hat to Drummer," Atlanta manager Jeet Chakravorty said in a postgame interview. "He kept us off balance all night."

The 25-year-old left-hander had 1 walk and 5 strikeouts in a strong performance.

"It just happened to be one of those games where even when I made mistakes, they either fouled them off or someone would make a fine defensive play," Drummer said. "It was just one of those games that things went my way."
