Twins Squelch Red Sox Offense in Shutout Win
The performance of Yeison Morrobel proved critical in helping Minnesota beat Boston, 4-0. The Twins left fielder was 2 for 3 with a double and a walk. He drove in 3 runs. Sam Horn earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2.1 innings. He upped his record to 2-0. Minnesota has now won 4 straight.

With Minnesota leading 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Morrobel hit a 2-run single off Boston hurler Grayson Rodriguez. It was the 50th hit of the season for Morrobel and put his team ahead, 3-0.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Morrobel.
