Twins Advance to League Championship Series
The championship dreams are still alive for the Minnesota Twins, while it's back to the drawing board for the Texas Rangers.

By a score of 8-5, Minnesota won the decisive game at Target Field today. The Twins took the series 3-1.

Misael Urbina of the Twins was named the Division Series MVP.

"All our guys are really focused winning the World Series," Urbina said. "I'm not too concerned about personal awards."

The Minnesota Twins don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Tampa Bay Rays - Chicago White Sox series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece. The League Championship Series is scheduled to begin on October 18th , 2031.
