Twins Advance to Division Series
The Houston Astros were simply overmatched by the Minnesota Twins in the Wild Card Round.

The end result was a sweep, as Minnesota has cruised to the Division Series, with the final win coming at Target Field by a score of 5-4.

"We're clicking and running on all cylinders at the moment," said Darnell Nowden, who was named MVP of the Wild Card Round. "We're a dangerous team when we play like this."

For the series, Nowden hit .625 with a .625 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 3 runs.

The Minnesota Twins will play against the Texas Rangers in the next round. Texas had a bye in the Wild Card Round. The Division Series is scheduled to begin on October 10th , 2031.
