Leiner Slaps 5 Hits
|
The Kane County Cougars swept past the Cedar Rapids Kernels, 12-11, at Veterans Memorial Stadium, paced by catcher Jonathan Leiner. The 22-year-old Leiner got 5 hits in 5 at-bats, helping to down the Kernels.
