Valiants Mathematically Out of Playoffs Wednesday, August 1st , 2001 It's back to the drawing board for the Moline Valiants. The club's efforts at building a championship contender fell short this year, as the team was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. Moline last appeared in the postseason in 1999. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 6 times in their 12 - year history. |
