5-for-6 Day for Noll Monday, May 18th , 2020 5 times is the charm -- at least for Jake Noll. The Moreno Valley Penmen first baseman tore up the Vallejo Bisons to the tune of 5 hits in 6 at-bats at Bisons Ballpark. The offensive onslaught from Noll powered the 10-9 Penmen win. "Noll was a tough out," Vallejo manager said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure." Jake Noll hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI double in the 9th. On the year, Noll has hit .377 with 3 home runs, 12 RBIs and scored 10 runs. |
