Reyes Slams 5 Hits for Garland Sunday, June 10th , 2018 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Garland's 15-3 win over Salt Lake City, left fielder Pablo Reyes was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Salt Lake City Grounds. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Reyes said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close." Pablo Reyes singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 6th, walked in the 7th and doubled in the 9th. In his season totals, Reyes has 5 home runs, .386 BA, .479 OBP, 20 RBIs and 27 runs scored. He has played in 37 games. |
