Big Day with Bat: Mountcastle 5-for-5 Thursday, August 29th , 2019 Today at Fire Fighters Ballpark, the Oak Park Danes fell to the Scottsdale Fire Fighters despite a splendid performance by first baseman Ryan Mountcastle. Mountcastle had an exceptional day at the plate, tagging Fire Fighters pitching for 5 base hits, but it was not enough for Oak Park to come away with the win. Scottsdale whipped Oak Park by a score of 7-6. Ryan Mountcastle hit a two-run home run off Jaime Barria in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 10th.
