Rumors Confirmed, Santiago Retires Monday, September 24th , 2018 Ramon Santiago of the Wichita T-Bones announced his retirement from MLB Double A today. The 39-year-old veteran told reporters that he has enjoyed his time playing ball, but that it is time for someone else to have a shot. "It's a young man's game," Santiago said, "and I'm not a young man anymore." During his career, Santiago is batting .233 and has totaled 41 home runs. |
