The Math Says - Lansing Out of Playoffs

Josh Covelli said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Lansing Lugnuts after they missed the Single A Baseball playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today.
Lansing last appeared in the postseason in 2046. This is their 14th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 33 times in their 38-year history.
