Flores Tosses Shutout Against Chicago Friday, April 11th , 2059 Vinny Flores kept the opposition off the scoreboard and the Colorado Rockies were all smiles after winning, 4-0, against the Chicago Cubs at The Beer Can. The right-handed Flores gave up no runs in his start, permitted 3 hits, and tallied 4 strikeouts. "If there was a stat for 'team shutout,' this would be it," Flores said later.
