Behind the bravura of shortstop Chris DeMeo, the Rocket City Trash Pandas topped the Arkansas Travelers by the score of 6-5. DeMeo was 4-5 with a double and 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Trash Pandas. David Espinoza got credit for the save for Rocket City. It was his 15th of the year. The Trash Pandas improved their record to 38-31 by beating Arkansas.

DeMeo had a game-changing double in the top of the ninth. On a 2-0 fastball from Chris Watts, he banged a 2-run double to left-center, giving the Trash Pandas a 6-5 lead. It was the 9th double of the year for DeMeo.

"Winning never gets dull," said DeMeo.
