The Arkansas Travelers topped the Montgomery Biscuits, 8-1, in TX/SL action at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of Arkansas right fielder Josh Wilcox. At 40-23, the Travelers find themselves in first place in the TX/SL Texas League.
With two out in the top of the seventh, Victor Lara had a game-changing hit. The Travelers first baseman slammed a run-scoring single off Tim Clark, making the score 3-1, Arkansas.
