The Corpus Christi Hooks managed to get by the Northwest Arkansas Naturals, 4-3, at Whataburger Field. Corpus Christi pitcher Mike Johnson set himself apart with his performance. The winner in relief was Josh Eisel. He is now 2-0. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.2 innings. The Hooks, now 25-8, have won 5 in a row.
