Chaisson Goes Deep Twice in 6-5 Braves Win
Mississippi beat Rocket City at Trustmark Park, eking out a 6-5 win. The win was due in large part to third baseman Geoff Chaisson. He was 3-4 with 2 home runs. He scored 3 times and drove in 2. Mississippi pitcher Jeff Kindig got the win. He's now 1-2. Attilio Leonetti was tagged with the loss. The loss drops Rocket City to 16-10.

Mississippi took a 6-5 lead on Mike Arnold's 4th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which Arnold hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Rocket City pitcher Attilio Leonetti visibly frustrated.

"It felt good to put the barrel on the ball," said Chaisson.
