Waters, who is tied for 8th in the TXSL in triples with 1, went 3-3 with a double, 2 singles, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. The win belonged to Joe Huegel in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Eric Gaudio took the loss for Tulsa. The win gives Midland a record of 12-16.

Edgar Vega helped out the Midland cause in the bottom of the third inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the left fielder was 1 for 4 with a walk.
