Braves Get Hard-Earned Win

The Atlanta Braves knocked off the San Francisco Giants, 4-3, at Carter Memorial Field. Andy O'Hare hit 3 singles and 1 double, while driving in 2 runs. Sean Wayt picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Chad Butler suffered the loss. The win gives Atlanta a record of 12-11.
Dave Hardman was the walk-off hero for Atlanta. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Braves right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"This place was rockin'," said O'Hare.
