Fisher Cats Rally to Win
A good performance from first baseman Jordan Gallardo helped the New Hampshire Fisher Cats defeat the Erie SeaWolves, 10-5. Gallardo went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 3 for the Fisher Cats. The Fisher Cats move to 79-57 with the win, while the SeaWolves drop to 68-68.

The game was at a stalemate until right fielder Pete Wilson came to bat in the bottom of the eighth. Facing Erie pitcher Josh Stubenrauch, he hit a 1-0 slider for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting New Hampshire on top, 6-5.

"I was hoping to make good contact," said Wilson. "I wasn't trying to knock the snot out of it."
