The Binghamton Rumble Ponies picked up a win at NYSEG Stadium, dropping the Reading Fightin Phils, 5-3. Jesus Cisneros was the difference-maker. Mike McCurdy, credited with the save, is now 4 for 6 in save opportunities.

The Rumble Ponies extended their lead in the bottom of the second. With one out and the bases loaded, Kutre Mutonyi grounded out, driving in 1 run to make it 2-0, Binghamton.

Mutonyi said afterward that "winning is the goal."

The Rumble Ponies improved their record to 39-76 with the win over Reading.
