SeaWolves 7-3 Losers to Harrisburg

At UPMC Park, the Erie SeaWolves and Harrisburg Senators were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.
The Harrisburg Senators picked up a win at UPMC Park, topping the Erie SeaWolves, 7-3. On the mound for Harrisburg was left-hander Brad Leach. He played a principal role in the triumph. Leach yielded 1 run over 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 8 hits, walked 1, and struck out 5. His record improves to 8-3.
It could have been a different outcome for Harrisburg, had it not been for Ron Reynolds, the 23-year old catcher . Reynolds contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fifth inning to put Harrisburg up, 5-1.
Reynolds called the win "a team effort."
After today's action, Harrisburg sits at 55-26; Erie slips to 37-44.
