Palomo Hits 2 home runs in Fisher Cats Win
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats beat the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, 11-4, at NYSEG Stadium. Alex Palomo, in particular, was impressive. He hit 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice. Josh Link was the winner. Over 5 innings, he yielded 3 runs on 7 hits, with 3 walks and 4 strikeouts. The Rumble Ponies, now 33-40, have lost 4 in a row.

With New Hampshire leading 6-3 in the top of the seventh, Palomo hit a slider from Jung-gwon Kim for a grand slam home run. It was his 9th home run of the season and put the Fisher Cats ahead, 10-3.

"Winning never gets dull," said Palomo.
