The Portland Sea Dogs dumped the Richmond Flying Squirrels, 7-5, in large part due to center fielder Alam Mahmud Khel. On the day, Mahmud Khel went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Sea Dogs. J.D. Grieshop earned the save for Portland, his 8th of the year. The loss makes Richmond 18-21.
