The Rocket City Trash Pandas outclassed the Montgomery Biscuits, 13-2, at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium. Eric Popp, who leads the TXSL in triples with 7, was a major contributor for Rocket City. Popp went 3 for 5 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. With the win, Rocket City goes to 86-51, while the Biscuits fall to 59-78.

Chris McGregor helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he hit a first pitch fastball from Ben Ferrara for a run-scoring triple, to give Rocket City a 1-0 lead.

Montgomery manager summed up his team's performance in one word: "Godawful."
