Lookouts Solve Montgomery in Extra Innings
In a tight tilt between the Chattanooga Lookouts and the Montgomery Biscuits, Mike Berube was the difference-maker. The Chattanooga right-hander excelled in his team's 2-1 win in 12 innings. Marcerio Cornwell got credit for the win, improving to 2-6. He allowed no runs on no hits in 4 innings. Chattanooga, at 57-71, occupies 9th place in the TX/SL Southern League.

The decisive blow was delivered by Joel Holcomb in the bottom of the 12th when he hit a run-scoring double off 22-year old right-handed pitcher Zach Jacobson to win the game for Chattanooga. The home crowd went nuts.

"The crowd was raucous," said Berube.
