Salinas Blanks Trifluviens, 4-0 Friday, October 14th , 1904 Teócrito Salinas had the Trois-Rivieres Trifluviens dancing to his tune during a sparkling 4-0 shutout performance for the Halifax Batteries. He gave up 2 hits, issued 2 walks and had 3 strikeouts. Trois-Rivieres hitters were bewildered throughout the game by his delivery. "When you face a guy who hides the ball like he does, it takes a couple of at-bats to try to find his release point," opposing manager Miguel Camacho said. "We just never figured him out."
