Moncton Hopeless Against McNutt

Tim McNutt held the Moncton Magnets to 4 hits and fashioned a fine 5-0 shutout at Dons Field.
Speaking after the game, Quebec City Dons manager José Palomo said "McNutt had everything going for him today. He changed speeds effectively, stayed down, had a lot of movement. He was masterful."
McNutt rung up 8 strikeouts and surrendered 2 walks in the game.
"We couldn't get anything going. He certainly had our number," Moncton manager Lynwood Larkman told reporters.
So far this season, McNutt has logged a 14-9 record with a 3.55 ERA. He has started 23 games, hurled 177.1 innings and registered 71 strikeouts and 83 walks.
