The Durango Alacranes hurler pitched shutout ball against the Monterrey Cerveceros en route to his team's 8-0 win at Estadio de Durango. In the game, Chaidez rang up 3 strikeouts, walked 2, and allowed 6 hits. "Conrado looked like a real ace out there," Durango manager Charlie Manlove said.
