In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Philadelphia Phillies and the Washington Senators have agreed to a deal that will have 21-year old 1B Jim Nealon heading to Washington in exchange for 32-year old RHP Scott Stratton. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games.


Thus far in his career, Stratton has put up a won-loss record of 60-39. Lifetime he has an ERA of 2.97, struck out 417 batters and held opposing teams to a .251 batting average.
