Reyes Silva Earns 400th Win Sunday, August 2nd , 1891 Juana Diaz ace Cosme Silva solidified his place in league history with his 400th career victory today at Parque de los Capitanes. Silva and the Reyes bested Mayaguez 5-1. He checked the Capitanes on 7 hits in 9 innings and finished the day with no strikeouts and 1 walk. "I've worked hard for this day," Silva said. "Sometimes I didn't think it would happen. Most of the time it seemed so far off. Now it's here. It's like a dream!"
