The Chiapas Quetzales picked up a win at Parque de los Quetzales, knocking off the Acapulco Aztecas, 5-3. Starting pitcher Torcuato Aguirre was a big reason why. Chiapas is now 45-56.

The game could have flipped with no one out in the top of the eighth. But Torcuato Aguirre made what his manager later called "an A-plus pitch." With a runner on 1st and Acapulco trailing 5-3, Aguirre threw a slider to Faustino Villegas, who hit into a double play.
