The Trinidad Tabacaleros and Las Tunas Escultores played an entertaining game for Campo de los Tabacaleros patrons.

Seamus Armstrong did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Las Tunas Escultores from being beaten, 6-5, to the Trinidad Tabacaleros at Campo de los Tabacaleros. Armstrong was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs. Adelio Rojas got the win, improving to 3-5. He worked 9 innings, giving up 5 runs on 11 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 2.

Trinidad got a big at-bat from Santa Clara, Cuba native René Félix, who in the bottom of the fourth hit a run-scoring double. It was his 16th double of the season and put the Tabacaleros ahead, 6-0.

"Feels good to get the job done," Félix said after the game.

Trinidad raised its record to 47-33 with the win.
