Hit Parade: Zamudio Pops 5 Hits
The Kitchener Wild Pigeons stopped the Hamilton Hammers by a score of 8-2 at Hamilton Stadium, with the lion's share of the credit going to left fielder Aldo Zamudio. The 35-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits.

"Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Zamudio said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard."

Zamudio did just that in his 5 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Hammers.

"Not much that I can say," offered Hamilton manager Lewis Smith. "He just hammered the heck out of us."

Aldo Zamudio tripled in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, doubled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.

In the 1904 season Zamudio is hitting .246 with 2 home runs.
