Bucherons Rally to Eke Out Win
The Sherbrooke Privateers got a superb performance from first baseman Herman Richards, but the Thurso Bucherons still won the game, 8-7. Richards was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Thurso's record now stands at 20-18, placing them third in the Ligue du Baseball du Quebec Division Ouest.

The Bucherons got a clutch hit from center fielder Eugenio Torres. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Bucherons.

"Nice to tuck this win away," said Torres.
