Mascouche's Timmons Wins SL1 Most Valuable Player Award

Ozzie Timmons had the sweet swing of success this year in the Sub League 1 and captured the Most Valuable Player Award.

The Barnstormers right fielder stung opposing pitchers with a .271 batting average, collecting 25 home runs, 18 doubles, no triples, 78 hits, 69 RBIs and scored 77 runs.

He received 26 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Roy Hammargren of the Mascouche Barnstormers finished second in voting, while Sherman Obando of the Mascouche Barnstormers finished third.
