Norse Shut Out by Kassin, 4-0 Tuesday, September 3rd , 1991 Madison Crush pitcher Nick Kassin really got it done at Ballpark of Frankton today in his 4-0 shutout victory over the Frankton Norse, shutting them down on 1 hit. "It was just one of those games where everything went right. I threw a lot of strikes," Kassin said. "And the pitches they did get to hit, they didn't do anything with them." The 27-year-old issued 1 walk and had 8 strikeouts in the Crush win. To date this year Kassin has compiled a 8-5 mark with a 4.65 ERA in 10 starts. |
