Wallace Shines, Shuts Out Ontario, 9-0 Monday, September 2nd , 1991 B.J. Wallace of the East Highland Park Underdogs was lights-out in a 3-hit whitewash of the Ontario Rage. "I had my good stuff and it went where I wanted it to go," he told BNN reporters after the contest. Wallace registered 7 strikeouts and 3 walks in shutting out Ontario, 9-0. This season Wallace has worked 39 innings with 34 strikeouts en route to a 4-1 record and a 1.85 ERA. |
