Robinson Tosses 9-0 Shutout

Joseph Robinson really had his stuff working at Sawyers Grounds. The Tacoma Larks hurler mystified the Seattle Sawyers, shutting them out, 9-0. Robinson allowed a total of 4 hits in the ballgame and struck out 1.
"The shutout is nice, but I'm just happy we won," Robinson said with a smile after the game. "Coach can be a real bear when we lose."
Robinson has made 26 starts so far this year and put up a 16-8 won-lost record with a 1.66 ERA. In 228.1 innings he has allowed 178 hits, walked 48 and struck out 93.
