Whitworth of Cannons Honored, SL2's Best Manager Friday, June 11th , 1915 Nick Whitworth skippered the Citadel Cannons to a very successful year and has been acclaimed as the 1915 Conference 2 Manager of the Year. He kept it short and sweet in the press conference as he accepted the award. "Thanks, but it wasn't just me out there this season." The Cannons finished the regular season in first place in the Conference 2 East Division with a 37-23 record. |
