Wolton Baffles Los Angeles College Batters Saturday, May 1st , 1915 A masterful pitching performance carried the Naval Academy Goats to victory over Los Angeles College, 3-0. Ezra Wolton held the Mud Cats scoreless in a complete-game effort. He permitted 5 hits, had 4 strikeouts, and allowed 2 walks. "Wolton was sharp," Mud Cats manager Roy Dyson said later.
