Leacroft Struts Stuff in Win Over Louisiana State Sunday, April 25th , 1915 Hector Leacroft kept the opposition off the scoreboard and the West Point Knights were all smiles after winning, 3-0, against the Louisiana State Lions at Green Knights Park. The right-handed Leacroft gave up no runs in his start, permitted 3 hits, and tallied 1 strikeout. "If there was a stat for 'team shutout,' this would be it," Leacroft said later. "My catcher called a great game, guys delivered at the plate and when I messed something up the guys behind me were where they needed to be."
