GSL Honors Chattanooga Second Baseman Monday, June 18th , 1917 Raymond Edwards is respected by most Chattanooga Nickajacks fans for his no-frills style of play. The 30-year-old second baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Great Southern Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .393 average (11-for-28) with 1 home run, 8 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Edwards is currently batting .337 with 1 home run and 25 RBIs. |
